MP DATA PROTECTION
Meets the guidelines laid down by Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, dated 13 December, concerning the Protection of Personal Data, and Royal Decree 1720/2007, dated 21 December, approving the Regulatory Decree of the Organic Law and other legislation in force in each case, and seeks to ensure the correct use and processing of users’ personal information. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
MP, by itself or as an assignee, owns all the rights to the intellectual and industrial property of its web sites and the elements contained therein which are owned by MP or its licensors (including, but not limited to, image, sound, audio, video, software and texts, trademarks and logos, colour combinations, structure and design, the selection of materials used, the computer software necessary for their operation, access and use, etc.) All rights reserved. Under the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of Spanish Law on Intellectual Property, the reproduction, distribution or public communication are strictly forbidden, on any support and using any technical means, without the express permission of MP.
The USER undertakes to respect all Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by MP. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Legal Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Insofar as permitted by law, the parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may apply and agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seville.
